Born in Rome, her journey in the world of contemporary jewelry began with the creation of works that led her to deepen her study and knowledge of goldsmith's techniques. She attended courses of goldsmith and lost wax modeling at the School of Precious Arts of Rome and at master goldsmiths' workshops.
-When did you start dedicating yourself to the world of contemporary jewelry?
About 12 years ago.
-What do you draw most inspiration from when you start creating a new collection?
I am a hunter of images, sounds, scents, colors and sensations... and all this sometimes turns into a work to wear!
- What kind of work or material do you prefer?
The Lost wax casting creation process.
- What does jewelry mean to you?
The Jewel is a story to wear. It's a medium to hold tight something magical and precious.
- Three words with which you would describe the Artistar Jewels project.
Accurate and innovative project.
- What do you think of the jewels that were on show this year? Have you been fascinated by any particular creation?
The work of some of the artists were oustanding! Exploration and personal experience prevailed, transformed into brilliant works.
- How would you define the atmosphere created on the 22nd and 23rd February nights of Artistar Jewels 2018?
Event a bit chaotic, but always successful! The experience serves of course to improve more and more, this applies to everyone.
- Would you recommend to other artists to take part in Artistar Jewels? Yes!
- What were the services / opportunities that most pushed you to participate in the event?
Certainly to have greater visibility, and to be able to broaden my horizons. To be visible to an international public and concept stores and to have exhibition spaces inside national and international fairs or exhibitions.
