I see and live the art of designing jewellery as the activity of shaping the matter and putting it into context with our times. To mold metal and to set gems in it, creating a symbiosis; this is what Goldsmithing means to me. This is the feeling I aim to convey through my jewellery, from the early drawings on paper. The fusion of colours with the coldness of the metal, its soft shapes (or sharp, if need be), and the overall design are dictated by the emotions that inspire me when I feel like creating jewellery.
