Born and grew up in Kyoto, she moved to Boston in 2006. Her jewellery making training started at DeCordova museum in 2007. She is inspired by the influence of art on architecuture and design through the ages and across cultures. Her designs are a marriage of neoclassical flourish and subtle feminine beauty.
